Hillary grew up in a small town on the west coast, went to college in a small town on the east coast, and now lives in beautiful Willamette Valley, Oregon. She tends a menagerie that includes kids, chickens, dogs, and two practically perfect felines named Mystery and Intrigue. She also has one very patient husband.
 

When Hillary’s not reading, writing, or editing, she bakes bread, makes pottery, drinks coffee, and streams British TV shows.
